OneFunded and Tracknow
OneFunded + Tracknow
An affiliate programme migrated, integrated and tested
We migrated OneFunded’s affiliate programme to Tracknow, connected it to the company’s CRM and completed testing of the purchase-to-commission workflow.
What OneFunded needed at the start
OneFunded came to Tracknow with an existing affiliate programme and a clear implementation brief: migrate the programme, connect the affiliate software to the company’s CRM and establish a reliable workflow for tracking challenge purchases and partner commissions.
The business goal was to support the growth of affiliate-driven challenge sales. To do that, OneFunded needed purchase attribution, first- and repeat-purchase commission rules, and reporting that its team and partners could use in daily operations.
The objectives agreed at the beginning
- Move the affiliate programme to Tracknow and carry over the records agreed for migration.
- Connect affiliate activity with the customer and purchase information held in OneFunded’s CRM.
- Apply the correct commission rules to eligible first and repeat purchases.
- Complete testing before finishing the rollout and give the team a working basis for growing the channel.
What the affiliate software had to support
The requirements came from OneFunded’s purchase journey. An affiliate could introduce a customer through a referral link or promo code, and that customer could return for another challenge. The software had to preserve that relationship and apply the relevant commercial terms as purchases were recorded.
How we completed the migration and CRM integration
Step 01
We mapped the existing programme and agreed the setup
We started with the programme’s requirements: how referrals were attributed, which purchases qualified for commission, how repeat purchases were handled and what information the CRM integration needed to connect.
This gave both teams a shared implementation scope. The configuration followed OneFunded’s commercial rules and its existing process for reviewing affiliate earnings.
Step 02
We migrated the programme to Tracknow
The affiliate programme was migrated to Tracknow, including the records agreed for transfer. The work focused on making the migrated information usable within the new setup and maintaining the context needed for ongoing partner operations.
The distinction between first and repeat purchases was especially important during the move. A customer’s first order recorded in a new tracking platform was not necessarily their first purchase from OneFunded; the setup had to apply the appropriate terms to that customer relationship.
Step 03
We integrated Tracknow with OneFunded’s CRM
We connected Tracknow with the company’s CRM so the affiliate workflow could use the customer and purchase information required by the programme. The integration linked the tracking setup to OneFunded’s operating environment.
With migration and integration completed, the teams had a connected workflow to validate: a partner referral led to a challenge purchase, the purchase followed the applicable commission rule, and the resulting record supported review and reporting.
What we tested before completing the rollout
After the migration and CRM integration, we tested the connected workflow against the agreed requirements. The checks covered attribution, purchase information, commission rules and the records shown to OneFunded’s team and its partners.
The teams completed testing and resolved the implementation tasks needed for the agreed workflow to operate correctly. Migration, CRM integration, tracking and commission handling were brought together in a working setup, and OneFunded continued its affiliate operations on Tracknow.
What the completed setup gave OneFunded
The completed setup connected the partner referral, customer purchase, commission record and review process. First and repeat purchases followed their applicable rules, while partners had access to their activity and earnings in the dashboard. 2
For a prop trading evaluation business, the distinction between commercial events mattered: affiliate commissions related to eligible challenge purchases. Trader performance-based payouts remained a separate part of OneFunded’s offering. 1
OneFunded retained control over transaction eligibility, commission approval and its monthly affiliate payout process. Tracknow supplied the tracking, commission and reporting infrastructure that supported those operations. 4
What changed after the migration
The chart below uses indexed real data from OneFunded’s affiliate channel over six months before migration and six months after the transition to Tracknow. Absolute values are withheld. The indexed series confirms the actual post-migration trend. Before the migration point, both metrics showed only modest movement. The following six months showed gradual monthly growth.
By the sixth month after migration, indexed affiliate-attributed challenge sales had increased by 42%, while the number of partners generating approved purchases had grown by 25%, compared with the final month before migration.

Both metrics were independently indexed to 100 in the final pre-migration month. Affiliate-attributed challenge sales represented the value of approved challenge purchases, excluding cancelled and refunded orders. Partners generating approved purchases represented distinct affiliates with at least one approved purchase during the month. Absolute sales figures and partner counts remain confidential.
The chart and indexed results reflect OneFunded’s measured business outcome. They confirm the actual channel dynamics after the migration; they do not disclose hidden absolute metrics.
The collaboration: questions and answers
Vlad Soloviev · Tracknow
What did you need to achieve when you started working with Tracknow?
OneFunded representative
We needed to move our affiliate programme to Tracknow and connect it with our CRM. The objective was a working process from referral to purchase and commission, with reporting that supported our team and our partners as the channel developed.
Vlad Soloviev · Tracknow
Which requirements mattered most when you evaluated the software?
OneFunded representative
The platform had to support referral links and promo codes, first- and repeat-purchase commissions, our CRM connection and partner reporting. Those requirements reflected how our customers bought challenges and how we reviewed affiliate earnings.
Vlad Soloviev · Tracknow
What needed particular attention during the migration?
OneFunded representative
The distinction between first and repeat purchases. An order recorded for the first time in the new platform was not automatically a first purchase from our business. We needed the setup to apply the appropriate commission terms when existing customers returned.
Vlad Soloviev · Tracknow
Why was the CRM integration important to the project?
OneFunded representative
Our customer and purchase information was part of the wider operating process. Connecting the CRM with Tracknow brought that information into the affiliate workflow and gave us a connected setup to test and use.
Vlad Soloviev · Tracknow
How did you check that the setup worked as required?
OneFunded representative
We worked through the migration and integration checks, purchase attribution, first- and repeat-purchase commission scenarios, and the records used for reporting and approval. The implementation tasks were resolved before the rollout was completed.

What was the main outcome for your team?
OneFunded representative
We completed the move to Tracknow with the CRM integration and the agreed affiliate workflow in place. Our team kept control of transaction review and commercial decisions, and partners had access to their activity and earnings. That gave us a working foundation for developing the affiliate channel.
The outcome
Tracknow met OneFunded’s implementation requirements by completing the migration, CRM integration and workflow testing. The completed setup connected referral attribution, first- and repeat-purchase commissions, partner reporting and transaction review. In the six months after migration, indexed affiliate-attributed challenge sales increased by 42%, while the number of partners generating approved purchases grew by 25%, relative to the final pre-migration month. Absolute figures remain confidential. The indexed series is OneFunded’s measured result and confirms gradual monthly improvement following the transition, with no immediate jump at the migration point.
